Please read the following rules carefully before participating in I-URIID 2025. By registering, all participants agree to abide by these terms.

 

1. Entry is open to undergraduate students from institutions of higher learning (Diploma and Bachelor level).

2. Each team consists of six members: one student team leader, one supervisor, and four additional team members.

3. An official e-Certificate of Participation will be issued to all registered participants.

4. Only ONE medal will be awarded to each winning team. Additional medals can be requested at an extra cost (details and payment process to be informed later).

5. Projects that have previously participated in other competitions are not eligible unless significant improvements or modifications have been made. The organizer reserves the right to reject any submission deemed unsuitable or found to contain falsified information.

6. All decisions made by the judging committee and the organizer are final. No disputes or appeals will be entertained once results are announced.

7. Participants must ensure all registration materials and payments are submitted by the official deadline.

8. The organiser reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations at any time without prior notice or justification.
