Who can participate in I-URIID 2025?
Undergraduate students from local or international institutions, particularly those in the fields of Science & Technology (ST) and Social Sciences (SS), are eligible to participate in I-URIID 2025.
When and how will I receive the Letter of Acceptance and project ID?
The Letter of Acceptance along with your project ID will be issued via email within 7 working days.
Can I participate individually?
Yes. Individuals or teams (up to 6 members) can join.
What happens if I miss the payment deadline?
Late payments may result in disqualification. Please ensure payment is made by 2th September 2025.
How do we submit our video presentation?
Participants can submit their video presentation by providing a YouTube video link along with other relevant details through the official submission form. The deadline for submission is 7 September 2025
Is a template available for the extended abstract?
Yes, the template is available on the official website, under the 'Guidelines – Template' section."
Will my work be published?
Yes, accepted extended abstracts will be published with e-ISBN numbers.
Do I receive a certificate for this event?
Yes, an e-certificate will be emailed within 1 week after the event ends.
How many medals will be awarded to the winners?
Only one (1) medal will be awarded for each group.
How much does the additional medal cost?
The additional medal costs RM70, with an additional RM10 for postage, making the total RM80.
Is postage included for international orders?
No. The RM10 postage is only for deliveries within Malaysia. For international shipping, please contact us for a quote.
