Please read the following guidelines and judging criteria carefully. Kindly contact our committee for further assistance, if needed.

The presentation can be delivered in either English or Malay.
The video duration must not exceed 5 minutes.
The following information must be included in your video presentation:
- Project Title and Project ID Number
- Name of the Team Leader and Team Members
- Institution Name and Logo
- Project Objectives, Problem Statements, and a clear description of the product, design, or idea presented
The video must be uploaded to YouTube with the privacy setting set to "Unlisted", which allows access only to those with the direct link.
Video Format: One single file in High Definition (HD) and maximum duration of 5 minutes.
Participants are required to submit the YouTube video link along with other relevant details via the submission form provided below.
The deadline for video submission is: 7 September 2025

The judging panel will evaluate each submission based on the following criteria:

Originality - The novelty, creativity, and uniqueness of the idea, product, or design.
Usefulness - The relevance of the project in addressing specific problems and its potential benefits to end users across various levels or sectors.
Commercial Potential - The feasibility for market implementation, scalability, and potential for commercialization.
Recognition and Intellectual Contribution - Prior awards, publications, intellectual property (IP), or academic recognition related to the project.
Framework or Methodology - The clarity, soundness, and appropriateness of the conceptual framework or methodology used to develop the product, research, or design.
Video Presentation Quality - The overall quality of the presentation, including clarity, conciseness, structure, and effectiveness in conveying the key message.
Impact and Sustainability - The potential long-term impact of the project and its alignment with sustainable practices, community benefit, or alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

All participants are required to submit an Extended Abstract as part of their entry for I-URIID 2025.

3. Please use the official I-URIID 2025 Extended Abstract Template, available for download below.

4. File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

5. Ensure the filename follows this format: ExtAbstract_ProjectID.docx

6. Participants are requested to upload the completed extended abstract via the submission form provided. The submission deadline is 7 September 2025

7. Extended Abstracts that do not follow the template or exceed the page limit may be rejected or returned for correction.
